To solve a number of problems in the agricultural sector is proposed to comply with the INSPIRE to form Ukrainian geospatial data infrastructure that includes the following components as basic geodata sets, metadata and geoportals. In order to provide semantic interoperability of data integrated in the portal it is used ontological approach to their treatment, which allows to take into account their semantics, which lies in the attributes of the selected concepts of the subject area connected by semantic relations and restricted via the set of axioms, rules of inference and functions of interpretation.
